What to expect from me

  •  Honesty and integrity
  •  Recommendations & guidance within my scope of practice/expertise. I will not:
    • prescribe diets or nutritional supplements to treat medical and clinical conditions;
    • prescribe diets to treat symptoms of medical and clinical conditions; nor
    • diagnose medical conditions.
  •  Individualized recommendations rooted in and supported by the current body of peer reviewed research. There will be absolutely no detoxes, cleanses, miracle supplements, wraps, 7 minute ab, waist cinchers, fear mongering, extreme protocols, silver bullets, or other quackery here. No snake oil.
  •  Flexible dieting based nutrition goals that periodically utilize MyFitnessPal, weighing, & tracking food intake.
  • Full access to me via email, limited access to me via phone/text.
  • Responses within 2 business days, mostly... sometimes I answer a text in my head without actually responding. Terrible.
  • ** I am not a contest prep coach and will not help athletes for physique competitions. If you DO need one or help finding one, let me know - I'd love to help you find a reputable, experienced, and qualified coach. **

What I expect from my Athletes & Clients

  • Honesty and integrity.
  • Natural & drug free (No illegal PEDs, AAS,  etc)
  • Willing and ready to change.
  • Open dialogue, comminucation is good.
  • Open minded and willingness to learn.
  • To read and follow all directions and instructions.
  • Ask questions!
  • Check-ins; weekly or bi-weekly.
  • Patience and consistency.
  • Accountability for your actions.
